1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "Buyer") and S.C. ENTERPRISES ("Company", "we", "us", or "Ayuzaa") governing your access to and purchase of Ayurvedic wellness products from ayuzaa.com (the "Website").

By browsing, accessing, registering, or placing an order on our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our related policies (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy).

2. Eligibility & User Conduct

By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding commercial contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during checkout or registration.

3. Products & Pricing Policy

• Currency: All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
• Pricing & Offers: Our flagship formulation, Ayuzaa Liv Kavach (500ml), is available at ₹1,799.00 (MRP: ₹2,399.00, inclusive of 25% savings).
• Taxes: All prices displayed on our product pages are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST: 06DQOPK8374L1ZZ).
• Price Modifications: S.C. ENTERPRISES reserves the right to modify pricing, promotional codes, or product packaging at any time without prior notice; however, any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Payment Terms & Razorpay Gateway

We provide 100% secure, seamless electronic payments processed by our authorized payment partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"). Available payment methods include:

• Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express, Maestro).
• Unified Payments Interface (UPI via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all bank UPI apps).
• Net Banking across 50+ major Indian commercial banks.
• Verified digital wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.).

All online transactions are encrypted under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. We do not store or process card numbers, CVVs, or bank passwords. In the event of a failed debit or duplicate payment, funds will be refunded by Razorpay/your issuing bank per standard banking timelines (usually 3 to 7 working days).

5. Orders, Fulfillment & Dispatch

Upon submitting an order and completing payment verification, you will receive an immediate electronic confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an error in pricing, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Inspection

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Due to health, hygiene, and AYUSH regulatory requirements for herbal consumables, opened or unsealed bottles cannot be returned. We gladly provide replacements or full refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrectly dispatched products reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic or video proof. 8. Healthcare & Medical Information Disclaimer

The information, blog articles, herbal descriptions, and wellness suggestions on ayuzaa.com are intended solely for educational, informational, and general wellness purposes. Ayuzaa Liv Kavach is a proprietary Ayurvedic formulation manufactured in compliance with AYUSH standards. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical disease in place of individualized consultation with a registered medical practitioner. 9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, icons, digital downloads, and software on ayuzaa.com are the proprietary intellectual property of S.C. ENTERPRISES and are protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property statutes. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, S.C. ENTERPRISES and its proprietor Yatin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or Website. In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the specific product in dispute.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, contracts, and all commercial transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Rewari, Haryana, India.
